Thank you for shopping with Nyamakima Electronics. We are committed to delivering your solar equipment, CCTV systems, accessories, tools, and electronics efficiently and affordably throughout Nairobi and across Kenya.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently offer delivery services to:

  • Nairobi and nearby areas (same-day or next-day delivery available)
  • All major towns and counties in Kenya via reliable courier services (1–3 business days)

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on your location, delivery method, and order size, we use:

  • Motorbike & Van Delivery – For fast, same-day delivery within Nairobi.
  • Courier Services – Including G4S, Fargo, or Wells Fargo for regional and nationwide deliveries.
  • Bus or SGR Cargo Services – For large or bulk orders outside Nairobi.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Within Nairobi CBD: FREE delivery for orders above KES 5,000.
  • Outside CBD (within Nairobi): Charges range from KES 200–500, depending on distance.
  • Outside Nairobi (upcountry): Courier charges apply and will depend on package weight, size, and destination. Charges are either prepaid or payable upon delivery, depending on the courier’s terms.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Delivery Timelines

  • Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM within Nairobi.
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or going to areas outside Nairobi.
  • Upcountry delivery: Typically takes 1–3 business days via courier, depending on the location.

Please allow for possible delays during weekends, holidays, or due to third-party courier operations.


5. Order Processing

  • We process orders Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • A confirmation call, SMS, or email will be sent once your order is ready or dispatched.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to retain the original packaging and provide photographic evidence where possible. Reports made after 24 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
